The birth flowers of September are Aster (Asteracae) and Morning Glory (Ipomoea), symbolising wisdom and undying love.

They also happen to be my birth flowers! I turned 30 earlier this month :)

Comic depicting Rocky from Project Hail Mary reuniting with his mate Adrian. Rocky is a small, orange-brown spider-like creature with 5 limbs and a rocky carapace. Adrian is a considerably larger creature with a much larger, boulder-like green carapace, and 5 limbs. Panel 1: Rocky leaps at Adrian. Adrian: mate-rocky finally home! Rocky: yo, mate-adriaaaan! Panel 2: Rocky has latched onto Adrian's carapace. Adrian stands awkwardly. Adrian: uh...what is happening, question? Rocky: is named "hug". Is human ritual of affection. Adrian: how long does it last, question? rocky: mmm...400 orbits. Panel 3: Adrian sits down, embracing Rocky with three of their limbs. Adrian: Then I shall get comfortable, statement.

Faery vs Fairy - anyone know the history? Looks like the former is deemed 'pseudo archaic' somehow (I tend to use the latter) but that it usually feels more dark, not as sugary and light as 'fairy'. Which do you prefer? I used to prefer fairy, but I think my feeling is changing!

So yeah I finally watched Project Hail Mary #phm #spoilers
A comic depicting the characters Rocky and Grace from Project Hail Mary, plus Adrian. Rocky is about knee-high, looks like a rock with spider legs, and ochre in colour. Adrian is about eight feet high and blue-green, and is also rocklike.
