Here he is, the Dumbfk of Homeland Security explaining to us that ICE is justified to shoot into a car because Oscar, the father, knows that there's a child in his car. Apparently, the father isn't supposed to drive anywhere because at any moment a plain clothed ICE thug could start shooting at him?
