A small thing that has helped me put this into practice: I removed or hid most social apps on my phone, then kept their messages in @beeper.com.
I can still talk to people across Instagram, WhatsApp, X, etc. without opening each app and immediately landing in a feed.

I think I’ve finally accepted that, in the future, we probably won’t be looking at the code anymore.
But we’re clearly NOT there yet.
Today, I’m not necessarily looking for smarter models. I want agents that are more effective, efficient, proactive and, above all, trustworthy.

I just set up an Open Collective so I can invest back into it. Keeping everything running, and being able to bring people in to work on this with me.
