From yesterday… yes.. natural. I have never done testosterone or any assistance even at almost 56. I do not measure detailed calorie numbers but I don’t eat much processed food or red meat. I eat minimal sugar. I drink coffee. And I sweat a lot ..from whatever way I can get. & I work all the time.
