Carrick says he was happy with the intensity. We're 20th in all intensity related stats. I get he's defending players publicly, but there's different ways to do it. Otherwise you lose credibility. And that's not good for a manager/head coach.

I already see people deluding themselves after the UCL draw. That is one tough group of fixtures United got. And don't underestimate Como. They may well be this year's dark horse. Cesc Fabregas is performing miracles there.
