Working on a new pa agent refinement.

took a punt on an EIR role

installed and repaired a residential booster pump for home feed pressure boost.
installed an electro lock on the shed.

fixed the drain on the bikeshed roof. sealed and weatherproofed. called about 6 difference vendors for the roof leak. built an AI tool to complie complete and submit tax return. Also submitted query for the BP program.

Finally completed the custom built bike shed with a green roof. Finally Fits all the bikes and lawnmower great.

Installed the locks on the new sliding doors which involves metalwork and some carpentry. After some jiggery-pokery I got it running smoothly and locking securely. Also repaired the leaking shower fossett. Started into cleaning up the workshop too.

Loads of overdue admin ..headmelted!. fixed 1 pump and order another new replacment one. got the gear to fix a leak in the greenroof. Drove to b-twn and back , all in all a blue arsed fly day!
Also heard from the Surveyor on Gaf prospect 1 - might rule it out.

Added a drain to green roof, including a leak 😖 . Chased components for other repairs & also booked a surveyor.

Spent the day fixing small jobs. Chasing down a part and supplier for repairing the toilet cistern. Fixed the downpipe. And called a couple of UK vendors ( who turned out to be on bank hol) also called a couple of prospect trades to fix the up and over window. Annoying small jobs... All day.

complete disassembly of the salamander homeboost pump due to malfunction. diagnosed the issue and failed bearings, resulting in surrounding housing fail and corrosion. got the part numbers for a new motor and contacted both pump and component manufacturerers.

Kids 2 school. Completed a course in the ai regulation. Got the steel for a custom secure method for custom designed shed sliding doors. I Welded them so they act as a secure home placement for those doors. Cleared the rooms for carpet cleaning.
Went for sushi and pints with oldest friend.

Today - Im fixing the shed and still waiting on the lock to finish the sliding door.
Also moving to find a course and a new project.

After a busy summer Im going to share what im working on , For no other reason but to allow me look back and see what I did with that time. 4me
