Louis Maskell, in costume and makeup as Grinpayne in the musical adaptation of "The Man Who Laughs" (1869), is perfect. It always amazes me that a scrap of burlap masking his mouth and blood makeup can conjure the jeebies and capture my full attention.

I’m on crutches now, so I’m probably at Jason Voorhees’ stalk-walk speed. I’m borderline agoraphobic and an introvert, so anything involving people or going outside is in the “yeah… no” category. The only plausible scenario would be a home invasion horror movie.
