heart of a fool
A drawing of a heart with all of the veins/arteries looping back into it impossibly, detailed with pink and blue lines to make it appear somewhat glitchy inside and get more messy and dysregulated the further into the loops you get, perfectionism thrown out the window. The finished drawing appears to have been stabbed 7 or 8 times with a knife.

Spores of Marrow is a very short, one-session adventure that pulls players right out of their surroundings and drops them into a vast forest full of glitched mushrooms and strange ruins, with no end in sight. It uses the Vekari TTRPG and is a Faktorian legend.

I'm Inkus. I'm a game dev and artist with crippling C-PTSD, and I make art about grappling with trauma and fear. Sometimes I include a maladaptive daydream or three.

vekari.net compiles all of this into a (free) fantasy world that anyone can influence
Comic-y cover art for Vekari: Remote Bypass, an online virtual world/RPG/ARG/novel/puzzle game... or in short, a strange portal to another world entirely. The game is found at vekari.net and created by Inkus Alters. The art features Iliana, Acro, and Enoch using their combined abilities to save Kori from falling into a bottomless pit in a glitched warehouse as she impulsively jumps from the ceiling atop a combo PC/aquarium onto a glitched creature below. Readers may choose to only read and vote on story parts. Players may explore the world, interact with the characters, complete quests. Both make important decisions about the story going forward. Where do you fit in? Vekari: Remote Bypass homepage with a glitched cryodrakon in the header staring at the player with one beady glowing eye Blue tabs line the left of the screen to quickly navigate to different areas of the site, a clock displaying the date in Vekari that you are visiting, and a poem that reads "Lay they head to rest, souls quickly spent. The world has fallen, left no means to its end. A harrowed sea bathed in neon light, Steel yourself. Metal tends to bite." A corrupted looking news site within a glitched building in Vekari: Remote Bypass. These glitched and corrupted pages are puzzles for you to solve! Often they hide a codeword and a submission box, but sometimes the puzzles are even more sneaky. Click around and see what you can find! Cover art for the Spores of Marrow one-shot that uses the Vekari TTRPG ruleset, featuring a statue of an old woman carrying a basket in a dark forest lit only by glitched neon mushrooms. Spores of Marrow is the first of multiple legends about th followers of The Alchemist, a being said to have resided in Faktoria, Haloran, that sought out immortality through the manipulation of the digital world's code and the Glitch that plagues it. Each of the followers were manipulated into experimenting on themselves in various gruesome ways, and it is up to the players to find out what exactly happened to them and determine their fates. They are puzzle and roleplay heavy with little to no combat, and not every one uses the Vekari TTRPG
