AMAZING reading today. By the Rules of Poetry Audiences, we exceeded 15 people sitting in chairs and therefore it became a proper small theatrical audience. My personal highlight was being told one poem I read was spectacular.

Right. I have a reading today and not enough poems. Breakfast and the list first though…

Right. First we are going to rationalise everything I know that needs to be done, and then we will simply tick each one off until there is nothing left and then (and only then) are we going to start something new.

This weekend I finally clean the office and reclaim the bedroom. I will not submit two things I thought about doing because right now, I am simply not ready. I need a focus on other things, like my own health, my mental stability and developing a sustainable creative pathway.

I need to rest.

This. Every damn time.
It can be hard to really stick to your creative guns sometimes, when The Market it howling in your ear, and the external world of bestseller charts and instagram round ups of incredible successes. But the longer I do this the more I think it's the only way.

I dreamt a local school got sponsored by a supermarket chain, then the whole town around it became a corporate circus, and there might be an idea in there.

For the first time in a while I wrote six lines of poetry at 3am.

This feels as I am very much between notional states right now.

For the second time this week I have double booked myself. This one is a little more difficult to amend than the first time, but I am an adult and we will find a way :D

Possibly the most significant QoL change that we’ve ever had since Vanilla, tbh.
I have to say with the addition of second names in #Wowforever I have seen some fantastic names. The dwarf and gnome communities in particular are really taking it seriously and it shows. I love seeing the names in chat and around me. 10/10 for giving us that in character creation now. #WoW
