A 6-week multisite dTMS trial for tobacco use disorder (n=262) found small but significant increases in craving across sessions, with no habituation.

Cue-induced craving did not predict quit outcomes and did not differ between treatment groups.

A 12-week virtual CBT-MET group reduced cannabis use, cravings, depression, and anxiety in adults with cannabis use disorder. Higher baseline cannabis use predicted greater reductions, while self-efficacy and co-occurring substance use also influenced outcomes. 🌿🧠
