Typically dont much care for these sort of "what are my top X games" etc posts but i think reframing it as "What are the 9 games that have influenced me as a person most" gives me enough interest to post this. These are not my top 9 games, they are the ones that have influenced the way I think.

After seeing what real hardware is like, what speeds modern technology can give, what engineering effort went in to making PC building a beautiful experience, I can never go back, and I thank those who have put so much effort in to making it so much better than my first build in 2012.

At one point I was like "Yknow people with them 120k a year jobs must have a plethora of money they must be set and can do anything they want" and then i suddenly had some sort of real wage and the realities of retirement and health funds and yknow the thought of kids has really scoped me back there
