What a treat to see Liz & Aaron Lovejoy at the game store today while they are in town! Nice to catch up and always fun to see what new minis they are painting too.

The Waaaagh! grows with this awesome classic Warhammer Orc Shaman. Great session tonight at Port Side Tattoo with Jeff Young. Thanks for always being up for fun ideas. Love how this came out and a fitting night for a Warhammer tattoo.

At the GAMA Board meeting last Thursday, we held elections for officers. I put in my hat for the Vice-President role and was elected. Happy to take this on, there is a lot to do and lots of people jumping to get going. Glad to be able to continue support for the tabletop game association.

I feel really lucky that I've been able to turn painting miniatures and Warhammer into my job.
Warhammer was very much a part of my formative years in the 90s. I used to draw space marines in my school books. And paint wood elves after school!
So yeah, thank you to everyone who commissions me 💖🙏

Got to say we @the3dcharles.bsky.social had a blast at our first Unpub Fest 2026. As a designer easily one of the most organized playtesting groups I've seen and lit my heart talking to people who've been going for over a decade just cause they love it. Thanks @unpub.org we will return!

Really like how the different areas are layed out and are bustling. Congrats to Timm Metivier on a fantastic event.

Really nice to get back in armor last night for SCA fighter practice. The weather is just perfect right now and made for a pleasant evening. Great fights and nice to work with folk.
Nothing like armor time to help clear your mind and focus on being present.

I was excited to check out LA Wargames in Little Tokyo yesterday. Their shop has been on my Instagram feed for months and it did not disappoint.
They carry and host game nights for a diverse variety of indie miniatures games, which is very cool to see. Definitely bought a bit more than I planned.
