Little black and white cat update: I couldn't find her yesterday. Today she turned up and I tried mightily to wrangle her into a carrier but she was having none of it. I think I shall have to wrap her up in a towel.

I'm not sure how baseball can ban somebody for life for betting on a game, and at the same time, turn around and let Draft Kings and other gambling apps advertise on the games.

I have bipolar disorder and I take meds and everything is fine until I get symptomatic and then there's all this pressure to act normal when I am not and never will be normal.
