i get why people and groups use FB and insta for promotion but every time i go on those sites everything looks so random that i wonder whether dropping leaflets out of a plane might be just as effective

i am often critical of the Wisconsin student TV broadcasts on Big Ten Plus but the kids on volleyball tonight did a nice job
they simply described the game in front of them, unlike a lot of kids who try to add personality and do schtick before they've sufficiently learned the basics of the craft

Despite many years on the radio, I do not consider myself a good interviewer. I feel like I never developed a knack for it. The quality of my interviews usually depends on the guest: if they have information they want to pass along, if they're used to being interviewed, if they have stories they always tell, I can just wind them up and let them go.
