The disconnect between the average cis centrist and what being trans is like is that if you're a trans woman, it's pretty much impossible to get hired by a normal job right now. Like if it's a bad economy for cis people, it's impossible for us so we're all in very precarious positions.

And a lot of the people who follow me are trans women, I think that I lost all the cis liberals a while ago. So I don't know who I'm talking to exactly, but I don't know a single trans woman who's really actually secure. Safe job, safe housing, enough food, medicine, working vehicle. It's all bad.
