Trump's foreign policy is not isolationist. On the contrary, his ideologues want to build an international empire run by far-right political movements who serve American crypto, mineral and tech companies, many with links to the president.

So, you are telling me that the guy who posted this stuff on his social media account in the last few days is losing the war in Iran and simultaneously is wrecking the American economy? I am shocked. Shocked.

My theory is that if you take an impulsive leader loosely tethered to reality, replace the policymaking process with sycophants and strivers who tell him how brilliant and popular he is, and cede every institutional check on his power, a bunch of ill-advised and inexplicable stuff will happen.
I feel like I’m on fraud watch as an international relations scholar because I honestly kinda don’t fucking know why this country does anything anymore. If you held a gun to my head and demanded to know why we’re at war with Iran or feuding with Canada or want Greenland, I’d say the Lord’s Prayer.

As a Jewish person, I'm horrified by this. This is Holocaust-style imagery used to dehumanize an entire people. Anyone who can't call it a genocide is a coward and failing a basic test of morality and human decency.
Ben Gvir posted this video on twitter today which shows fat and happy Palestinians on a conveyer built going through the Israeli "prison" (torture camp) system and coming out emaciated and maudlin. This is textbook genocidal content.

In just one week, Russia launched nearly 2,000 drones, more than 1,600 aerial bombs, and 31 missiles of various types at #Ukraine, including North Korean ballistic missiles.

Kyiv and Kyiv region have been under attack by Russian jet-powered drones for the fourth consecutive day.

Looks like military hardliners used to govern with repression and with tons of blood on their hands are replacing the theocracy in Iran. Poor Iranians. I fear they are going from bad to worse. What a colossal failure.
