Constantly overwhelmed. No real hope for a future. Fight or flight is permanently active. No way to get meds. No opportunity. What's the point in even being here anymore?

Since my brother has been staying with us I have felt decidedly more 'other' than is typical. I didn't think it was possible but I'm listened to even less and he basically acts like he's in charge and is listened to without hesitation.
