Junk miles on the treadmill, hot yoga x 2, and gf pancakes with my friend tonight. (She made them!) My lap pool is closed for a few weeks, so tomorrow, can’t wait to wake up and do the same. ♥️😆

Grateful for my colleagues who go out of their way to make sure there’s a gf option at every work breakfast. They’re the kind of heroes we actually need!

What an incredible couple of days in the mountains, where we enjoyed swimming holes and eating wild herbs on the trails. 💚 Grateful to my friend for sharing her home and her loving community with me.

I’m so grateful for my friend who supervises me on walks during these days so I don’t get stranded somewhere. I try to put my sunglasses on so people don’t recognize me (this does not work, btw) but it’s nice to have nice friends and to be able to take care of one another.
Three days of vertigo in, but I’m ready for vacation!!!! Woooohooo!!!! Soon I’ll be in one of my ancestral homelands, and I may never return ♥️😆

Rest day for the legs meant fighting tractor traffic, visiting Monforte d’Alba, Dogliani, Bra and Cherasco. Can’t wait to wake up and runs these hills before I head to Alba. Also, very thankful to the many of the Piedmontese who nicely tell me I’m driving the wrong way on a one way road. ♥️

I’m in heaven. Absolute heaven. The long run this morning was painfully beautiful, and the hills I climbed were killer. The wine was amazing. Can’t wait to wake up and do it all again. ♥️☺️🍷 Thankful for no cliffs nearby with the mild vertigo lingering, too. 😆😆😆 It’s the simple things.

There’s something wonderful about having a layover at a place with a cafe where you can just sit at a table and order a cappuccino without talking to a soul. I usually hate scanning a QRS, but this is my one exception after any flight that lasts over 8 hrs.

Moving to Canada looks more and more appealing everyday, especially with them joining the EU. This was the move the US should have done, but was too proud.

Well, the lil YouTube videos for vertigo work until they don’t. Today wasn’t the worst flare I’ve ever had. Even walked around for quite a bit in the afternoon in the Sun which was heaven.

Today was such a lovely day in Malibu! Not feeling my best and hoping not to have a flare or get sick before my trip on the 16th, but what a beautiful day with friends. ♥️

Things I loved about this day: Junk miles in the pool, junk miles on the treadmill, Sardinian wine with my gf rigatoni at Terroni with one of my girlfriends after thrifting at hoodwill. ♥️🍷🫶
