Trump is still trying to end birthright citizenship, effectively ending the 14th amendment, by having his lawyers cry that the lower courts aren’t allowed to rule on his Executive Orders.
If SCOTUS sides with him on this, not only is the Constitution done, but so is every court other than SCOTUS.
