Our rights are being eroded at an alarming rate. Today's execution of Alex Pretti, another innocent US citizen by our tyrannical government inspired me to write a new piece about the decaying of our civil liberties and rights. An injury to one is an injury to all!

A life well lived. President Carter gave all of himself to make a world better for those to follow him. He was not the most popular… often ridiculed. But, he served as a shining example of what every American should aspire to: grace, humility, hard work, and compassion for others.

I call bullshit! This is a narcissist’s attempt to draw attention to him (and away from President-elect Elonia). Bezos could start his “philanthropy” by acknowledging his workers, allowing them to organize without his union-busting tactics, and giving his workers a fair contract. Start there, first.

I am sure that this will surprise exactly no one. Grand Rapids, MI is a midsized Midwest city, not a huge city that can absorb these costs to subsidize a political campaign. I pay my tax dollars for the city services that my community needs. Not for a scab that doesn’t believe in paying his bills.
