Yes! Leg muscles correlate to metabolic and cognitive health as we age. Jokes about picking people up are cool, but hit those legs so you have a better chance to hold on to your memories a few decades from now.
every day or at least every other day, if you're able, you should do legs. just depends on your recovery rate but the majority of your health lies in your LEGS.

Yesterday someone posted Pangram score as "proof" of that someone used of AI to write article. They don't get the irony of trusting this type of program unconditionally.

Built a campfire every night. A welcome change of pace and excellent start to the autumn 🍂 🍁 Back in🗽 now!✨
