When I was in my 40s my dad said he could no longer tell my mom or I apart on the phone. The same seems to be for my mom's friends now, as I answer her phone while she is out.

I haven’t been to Hamilton since I was on tour in the late 80s… today, we’re depositing my dad into the family crypt.

In yet another "let's visit anywhere but the US" adventure...my brother took our mom to Iceland for a week.

Rainy run today. My left side visited some mud to avoid ppl waiting for a bus on the sidewalk. Thankfully only minor scrapes (& tetanus shot acquired last year).

Awards and closing dinner at the Kingston Pen last night following the world championships. Featuring a mini tour, prize giving and then tacos in the mattress shop.

I'm back in Toronto for the next three weeks—plenty of time to rest before my last two eastern events!
