Medical science has gone too far.

I said it at the time (and before!), but I truly believe that American voters electing Donald Trump for a second term in 2024 was the dumbest and most self-harming choice made by an electorate in the history of humanity

THIS!!!! This is literally why I do what I want. Bc I refuse to get to the end of my life and realize that I didn’t live the life I wanted.

I march to the beat of my own drum. Always. You either catch the beat or move around.
It’s crazy because, if you aren’t careful … you’ll fuck around and do your WHOLE life on someone else’s terms.

You gotta figure out how to get enough quiet, to hear yourself.

So your own wants and desires have enough space to come through.

I often ask my autistic clients to do a “post-mortem” on their energy.

Not with “Why am I so fucking tired?” in a strictly existential way, but with:

What happened yesterday?
Who was I with?
What sensory environments was I in?
How much did I mask?
What did I endure?

Your exhaustion has a history

Teaching emotional regulation literally saves lives
I see so many parents in disability spaces insisting that their kid shouldn't be punished for violent behavior because impulsivity is a symptom of ADHD and part of the issue is you're gonna have to get the parents on board with treating that behavior seriously before the kid commits a serious crime.
60% of youth in custody are diagnosed with ADD or ADHD – compared to just 11% nationally.

Kids need care, not cages.

Obviously the only reasonable explanation!
Found this gate in York. It had a standard lock, plus a padlock and a chain holding it shut. It was very very securely closed. The only thing on the other side is a blank wall. The only conclusion I can make is that this is a magic portal to hell.

In my early 20s I remember thinking, what an eclectic group of friends this is! We are all so different. I wonder what binds us all together? So very, very obvious in retrospect that we are all neurodiverse.
Also, if all your friends are neurospicy and you're the token neurotypical, no you're not

In fact, if Trump claims that Ossoff (and Warnock too, btw) were illegitimately elected, it could give Ossoff the pulpit to be heard catapult him to the nomination
a) ossoff's whole "bring it, dipshit" attitude is exactly the right response to trump's election shenanigans

b) good lord has he ever leveled up as a political communicator, I continue to think he's a very serious 2028 contender if he wants it
Ossoff: "Here's what's going to happen tonight: the world's most famous sore loser will deliver a prime-time presidential sour grapes address to pursue his 6-year-old grievances about the 2020 election, while his war in the Middle East spirals out of control & the cost of living continues to rise.."

In the realm of questions posed during Senate hearings, this one from Ossoff -- "Isn't it humiliating to be unable to answer this?" -- ranks right up there with "Have you no sense of decency, sir, at long last?"

I see that while I was drawing this, Mitch poked his head out of his shell and offered a sign of life. Does it ruin the cartoon? Maybe. Do I care? Nah.

Erling Haaland is having a deserved moment. We need to do like Hollywood used to do, and make sure he gets a weird part written for him in the next Bond movie.

Like, nothing too complex. Just a henchman who can run really fast, despite being the size of an Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser.

For decades, Dan Patrick has sold out the poor, the sick, and the vulnerable to enrich his donors.

Love feels like blasphemy when you worship power.
Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick says James Talarico is “going to Hell”:

“I’ve never seen so much blasphemy from anyone running for office… He’s going to Hell, for sure.”
