I went to one of those assistive-stretching studios yesterday in Park Slope that had a wall of windows facing out to 7th Avenue and all its pedestrians.

Achordion is a music site that can't play a song. Every Play action is handed off to Parachord, which does the hard work and then plays it through the music services you already pay for.

Just heard about a crazy phone scam that was attempted on a family member that involved multiple phone calls, a fake arrest warrant, insistence that the warrant "script" be read aloud in its entirety, with the ultimate goal of a "surety bond" to be bought at a crypto kiosk.

I stood up a rough online demo with dummy data (it's optimized for lake houses at the moment because that's my kink and I built it for me), but I'm curious if real estate professionals (or their clients) would find such a thing interesting?

I'm so addicted to Zillow Porn that I just built a little Claude agent that I hand a listing link to & it generates a ~15 page report including: overviews/concern of the house/land/water (if applicable), average weather/days of sun, local zoning rules...

Just fixed an overzealous moderation bug on leava.xyz, so now when sender's optionally drop a pin in a note you still get it.
Particularly helpful for good Samaritans telling you things like "heads up, they are towing here tomorrow" or "I found your stuff".
