⚠️ We believe that there is an ongoing campaign targeting owners of popular crates and rust-lang team members that is attempting to compromise devices and accounts in order to use them to publish malware.

I made a computer that shoots people with a gun. The frontier is moving too fast. The government must make it illegal to have this technology unless they pay my friends a bunch of money to investigate when their computer shoots people with a gun.

They fixed the `wsl ~` expansion 😭 It was a very good spacebar heating feature 🐛 Now you have to `wsl --cd '~'`. While you can alias this, it's no longer the same spacebar heater 😔😔😔

⚠️ A few hours ago, a malicious crate was discovered on crates.io which spread as a dependency of `arrayref` and some other crates, likely due to compromised credentials. The affected versions have been deleted.

Godbolt's Compiler Explorer now supports build systems (like cargo). This is so cool!

I use Compiler Explorer quite a bit when playing with AArch32 stuff in Rust, to check I'm getting the kind of instructions I expected but I was limited to single files. Having cargo support is game changing.
