What if progress means people have enough—not endless consumption, but enough time, security, creativity, connection, rest, and freedom to actually experience being alive?

Reason demands we look at necessity. Since we can thrive on plants, the mass slaughter of animals is a choice, not a need. How do we transition our food system—and support our farmers—to align our daily diets with our deepest human virtues of what is truly ethical, compassionate, and just? 🌿

Most people love animals but eat them anyway. Is this a moral contradiction, cognitive dissonance, or just the natural result of living in a system designed to hide where our food comes from and how it is processed? 🫣

Anyone else having major issues with TikTok today?? Videos won't post (stuck in "being processed"), blank videos on other profiles, fyp is months old content, etc. When I try to repost, I get a "no internet connection" message. 🤬
