The criticism was fair: on nested data, v3 lost to compact JSON. Same weather document: 204 tokens in v3 against 162 compact.

v4: 204 → 128.

v5 adds:
✅ `apiful generate --check` fails on stale types
✅ .with() chains stay fast at any length
