Why do delivery drivers never follow delivery instructions? They always leave parcels in front of the door and mine opens outwards. I just had to kick a heavy parcel over so I could get out of my house.

The video game industry has always been volatile (I published Press Reset in 2021!) but the skeleton key to understanding the current state of things is this: Big games now cost 10x to make what they did 15 years ago but most do not generate even close to 10x the revenue. Simple as that

Just a PSA for all the other major publishers: You can’t make a GTA 6. Don’t have any meetings about it. Don’t put together any pitch decks. Don’t preemptively doom your workforce and the industry any further than you already have. Leave it alone.
