As an avid gay smut reader, nothing makes me respect an author less than when they include a reference to H*rry P*tter in any books written after JK’s transphobia was public knowledge. If you’re writing for a lgbtqia+ audience, maybe don’t give references to books by hateful authors.

Watching all these posts celebrating the same-sex marriage ruling 11 years ago. Hard to feel the joy that moment was because 11 years later and we’ve moved so far backwards as a country.

If anything hasn’t been clearer, the problems won’t stop simply when Tr*mp is gone. The systemic racism, sexism, and bigotry are deeply built into the entire system. It was designed by white men, for white men. We need to dismantle the entire system of oppression in this country.
