I may have already posted this - I've been suffering from sciatica for quite a while & it's wearing on me. Been doing all the things - PT, chiro, walking, epidurals, etc. Next up maybe acupuncture? Last resort: surgery.

I may have already posted this - I've been suffering from sciatica for quite a while & it's wearing on me. Been doing all the things - PT, chiro, walking, epidurals, etc. Next up maybe acupuncture? Last resort: surgery.

When left to my own devices for the day: 1. set up pickles to ferment; 2. made lime curd from our fruit out back; and 3. baked a cake "hey Google, find me a cake recipe using both persimmons AND bananas" using up produce.
