I NEED TO MOVE. But the damages have set me back financially and mentally SO MUCH its been impossible to properly function. I don't know what to do. I love my community and I'm grateful for it but I hate asking for help so now I'm paralyzed but working myself to dust. 🥹

This has caused me to delay shipping orders and reopening my online shop, I care about the health of you all as well as my own. (I have decided to add something extra to everyone's orders because of this.)

When the flooding started I called the police to do a wellness check cause the shower ran for an hour straight and I was banging on his door to explain what was happening. They said contact the landlord. I've tried, calling, emailing, driving to their office, no replies no answer

There is water above the ceiling, which is a breeding ground for mold in this old building. This same ceiling has been flooded before and they just dry-walled it and painted it. The wiring is now fried and I'm afraid of a house fire. The ceiling light is hanging now too.

I do not feel safe here anymore, I feel like something could happen at any point in the day and that wears on my mind nonstop. But seeing how he actively is damaging my place, he obviously doesn't care about anything dealing with me.

Person in the upstairs unit is very mentally unwell (screaming every night - and not the gaming kind, the I'm going to kill you kind of screaming), their water completely destroyed my bathroom, when confronted they said that they would do it again - and did flood it again.

A lot of you know that now I deal with a chronic illness due to my last living situation, I have a hypersensitivity to mold now and it has changed my life entirely. I have not been able to get in touch with my landlord for a over year now. CONT ⬇️
