Something tells me that Christina Ricci is a hell of a parent. I love seeing parents who teach their children right from wrong, and to stand up for what's right.

A suggestion for the Bulwark Pope:

If the Chicago White Sox make the World Series, how could His Holiness not go to their first home game on Monday, Oct. 26. And the day before, on Sunday, he could celebrate Mass in Springfield, OH, to show support for the persecuted Haitians.

There is no question that Russia is testing the NATO alliance since the US is distracted elsewhere. And even with NATO, the US invited some NATO partners for exercises and not others. Putin couldn't have planned it better. These are scary times.
Recalling my time in early Ukraine when security services still ran the old playbooks. The dept head at my university (who always seemed to have $$ to travel overseas) would probe me about other staff, “Has Irena told you about her plans to go to Canada?” I’d act incredulous - “No! Wonderful idea!”
I read about the break-ins in Finland and immediately remembered a story John Sipher told me years ago when he was stationed in Moscow.

I don’t know if Russia is behind this but it does have the hallmarks of an old KGB tactic

What a leaked Canada-EU summit document reveals about Mark Carney’s turn to Europe

The US is angry because they wanted to control us, they are twisting the new alliance to try and sway favour to them, it won't work 🤣

Separation would do massive damage to Alberta's economy
