2 degrees C this morning and chance of sleet tomorrow!🥶 I'm half longing for spring again and half getting excited about Christmas. (I'm a summer person and I hate the winter months so I try to stretch Christmas out a bit longer...)🤪

Removing it went fine, thank God - even though I thought my hand was going to burn up at some point.😬But my nails look like my nails again, with no residue.
Good news is I've spoken to costumer service and I'm getting my money back. Bad news is I have to deal with my asthma-in-autumn-weather plus health anxiety and sit with my hands in this heavy acetone liquid in a bowl of hot water and rice. (I'll be outside with two masks on!)😑

Something I'll NEVER try again - dip nails. Wanted to try cause it looked so easy and they advertise it by saying it has 18 less dangerous chemicals than regular studio nails but then you have to wear a face mask and be near an open window to avoid actually getting ill!? 😵💫

On the bus today I somehow got the carabiner on my handbag stuck around the seatbelt so when my stop was approaching I was literally stuck in my seat 😶 The next stop was closed for road works so I had to take the bus 2 stops further then jump on the first bus back again! 😅

I thought I'd get used to just herbal tea in the mornings but with gloomy, rainy darkness outside and interrupted sleep/nightmares it's REALLY hard to stay away from coffee. And it's Monday for f-s sake.😫
My former GP* informed me that apparently I have an iron deficiency, I have to take iron supplements and they should not be taken within 2 hours of having caffeine or milk so my whole morning coffee routine goes POOF 😭

OK so it was more of a first interview to determine if assessment was a reasonable next step for me and they said it is. Process will probably start within a month or so. SO RELIEVED.🤩
Apparently it was rescheduled and it's now Tuesday NEXT WEEK 💀and I have no idea what to do to prepare.
I was just notified I got an appointment for #autism assessment next month 😶 Strange it's actually happening, I don't even know what to think! help!

For some reason my ear piercings (I have 3 in each ear) itch like crazy. I recently got some new cheap multi-packs so I suspected them although it didn't start as soon as I started wearing them and it's just as bad once I've taken them out. The middle on on my right ear seems to be the most affected
