I only met Gloria Steinem once and when I told her how excited I was to write for @msmagazine.com, she deadpanned, “Oh, they don’t let me near the magazine anymore.” 😂 She was strong, strategic, and imperfect, and I’m grateful to have had her as one of my feminist role models throughout my life.
