This is a very well thought out piece that may as well have been describing how I felt when I made the decision to leave my con staff posts. I'd encourage anybody who's been to a convention lately to give it a read.
I've been thinking since I stepped down from FWA leadership about how much furry conventions have grown, and how much we now ask of the volunteers who keep them running.

As Furry Conventions Grow, Our Expectations Need to Change
Furry conventions depend on volunteers giving extraordinary amounts of their time. As our events grow, we need to ask when that generosity becomes something our conventions depend on.

I've been working through an infinity train rewatch and was sad there's no commentary past book 2 since they never got DVDs.

In Infinity Train, Hazel sings a song that Tuba taught her as a memorial. On the first pass, the storyboards had Hazel seeing a vision of Tuba waving goodbye.I took it out because when someone dies, you never get to see them again.

Finally finished off the Among Us tv show. I love everything Owen Dennis touches so I had high hopes, but holy shit did it exceed expectations. They also have a super solid voice cast and writing team.
