Something to know…
The Trump-Putin diesel scam was always performative regarding lowering US prices. But it does give American money to Russia to help it kill American soldiers in the Middle East, as well as Ukrainian civilians, and Republicans in Congress seem fine with that.
300,000 tons is the equivalent of 93 million gallons of diesel. U.S. daily consumption? 160 million gallons. So 13-14 hours’ worth. Won’t really move the needle on prices in the market.

Ossoff is hitting hard bc we are all furious and he knows it. The corporate press can elevate those loud, minority of voices praising what’s going on as much as they want, but most of us are angry and tired of being forced into living in pain.
He’s mad our country is run by crooks and murderers and so am I. I’m no longer interested in negotiating with these people and neither is he.
Figuring out why Ossoff is so effective is an interesting task.
I think he's mastering a kind of stern dignity that is uniquely compelling in contrast to the clownish cruelty of the other side.
