Reeling in my running again this year. The last 6 months of training are paying off and I'm now about 30 seconds short of my 5km PB (last year), and hoping to convert it into some proper hill strength. Had a lovely morning doing some fitness testing and have now set out my plan for the next 3 wks!

God does anyone have any equipment for reverse engineering 3D models? I've got a rather large backplate for my telescope I need to redesign and print and I'm not sure it's possible to just wing it - lots of screws in various positions 😂

Sometimes when I feel negative emotions I can't work out what exactly that I'm feeling - it's just a twisted knot that roils and burns with no clear beginning or end.
I would love to know what on earth is going on in my head so I can do something about it thanks brain, love cat
