My ex-husband is one of the rapists at Aella’s simulated rape orgies that John Wentworth, Nate Soares, and I’ve heard Eliezer Yudkowsky also attended. He was an emotionally abusive partner and, until I left EA/rationality, he used the cult to keep me trapped. Journalists please DM.

We can't wait. We need to end employer experience rating now.
Last point: The biggest losers in a low-turnover job market are younger workers. They're the most likely to be looking for jobs and the ones who benefit most from switching. Right now, it's taking longer for them to find jobs AND their switching rates are especially depressed.

Was as kinking this stuff and it's fascinating how much it parallel to Austrian Economics.
Maybe the concise way to put it is that according to Yud, empiricism is not the foundation of knowledge but instead its vindication.

The presumptions of good faith and of regularity are made up court creations that fly in the face of commonsense and the structure of the Constitution. It should be a priority for Democrats and progressives to undo both. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...
Court upholds Tennessee’s GOP gerrymander, saying lawmakers deserve ‘presumption of good faith’
A federal court dismissed a lawsuit challenging a gerrymandered map adopted by Tennessee Republicans that eliminated what was the state’s one Black-majority congressional district, based in Memphis.

Yes, every billionaire is a policy failure. You know who else is a policy failure? Your Berkeley hippie grandpa who pays $100 in annual property taxes on a $2.5 million house and uses the leftover cash to sue people who try to build apartments in his neighborhood.

We're being told that if we sacrifice the rights of some people, then the rest of us get to keep our rights.

people act like the fight for trans rights only began after gay marriage was legalized but that is completely ahistorical.

trans people in 2026 aren't fighting for new rights, we're fighting to not lose rights that we'd already had for decades

I truly think we are underestimating how big of a problem the property tax revolt is / will become.

We must crush it. Tax the unrealized gains of the wealthy! It’s unhealthy for the economy for these assets to be so illiquid.
