The amount of Amazon workers relying on SNAP and Medicaid has nearly tripled since 2020. — while Amazon’s annual profits soared by over 550%.

It’s the same story everywhere: corporate profits are at record highs, while workers’ share of the economy is at a record low.

We must unrig the system.

THIS>>>
Wages of unionized workers are 13% higher than their nonunion counterparts.

But unions also set a higher pay standard that all workers enjoy.

In high-union-density states, median household income is $12,000 higher than in low-union-density states.

This is why unions are vital.

Wages have grown 12 percent.

Read that back.

Yes, corruption costs you money:

Trump gives contracts to donors, not necessarily the best bidder.

He gives tariff breaks to countries that give him gifts.

He gives billionaires and corporations tax breaks.

You pay more. They cash in.

At the 100 lowest-paying major corporations — including Walmart, DoorDash, and Amazon — CEO pay averaged $17.5M in 2025.

Median worker pay was just $36,571, a ratio of 614 to 1.

Those same 100 companies spent $108.6B on stock buybacks last year.

How can anyone defend this?

PSA: The recipe for economic growth isn’t tax cuts for the rich.

It’s investment in our people — in health care, infrastructure and education — to build a strong middle class.

You don't grow the economy through trickle-down nonsense.

Look at this graph.

The share of national income going to the richest 10 percent was lowest (and share to lower 90 percent highest) when union membership was at its highest. As unions have weakened, inequality has widened.

This is why we must build back union power.

It means higher costs, weaker accountability, and a government that serves insiders instead of the public.
