So...weight is stable/down. Glucose has been under control all week. Blood pressure lower and stable.

Gah...I hate early morning doctor visits. Have 3 this morning. Eye injection, lab sample, and follow up visit.

Been watching my glucose and blood pressure like a hawk this week. While I know I'm eating right, I'm forever feeling hungry.
Today was a meatless Tuesday with no bread products. Hummus and nuts helped.
Definitely not easy though.

Spent part of the afternoon at Bonnet Springs Park in Lakelnd. Had dinner, and now about to see Forgotten Island...at the drive in. :) Has been a great day!

Something I truly love about my city: The variety of international restaurants. We started out looking for Greek food, but ended up having dinner at a Turkish restaurant. Walked to a French pastry shop for coffee afterwards. And we discovered a place that sells Thai, Indian, and Chinese. :)
