Little bit cynic, little optimistic. I make @paku.app, and work at mercury.com
If anyone has access to Duo hardware and is willing to try out a Paku build that'd be pretty sweet. My dms are open!

I made a HUGE mistake! We are closing at the end of November 2027! Apologies for the error!

Everybody gets a whole year head up 😂

Apple folks: seems like there's a bug in the detent resolver that only shows up in certain sheet configurations on iPhone Duo. The sheet is nestled in the safe area, and the system applies that safe area to your content, but not to the resolved detent height for a custom detent. FB24894390

First look at Paku on Duo. Curious what people think about the map controls in the folded pose - they'll stay above the sheet when it's expanded. Feels a bit weird but better than the alternatives.

Do you think this is a bug, or intended behavior? The buttons are getting placed manually, based on the trait collections verticalBarEdge, but when using the leading edge the sheet on that edge is not inset to avoid bar content. Works fine in the folded pose.

How (if at all) are people running snapshot tests on iOS 26/27 - Liquid Glass animations that can't be disabled are needing so many workarounds.

I need more beta testers for an iOS game I’m working on. If you actually like testing games, hit me up and I’ll send you a beta invite.

You don't get to vote for representation in Apple and Google. Was your belief in democracy backstopped by the idea that sufficiently powerful corporations would selectively disregard government actions you dislike? The Lake America thing is a public blunder and constant reminder. Let it happen.

Migrating away from 1Password, but not sure what to do with my non-passwords (those can go to Apple's Passwords app). Things like bank routing and account numbers, photos of documents, etc. Curious how folks are approaching this :)

Paku 7.1 is rolling out now with first-class support for AirGradient! I'm really excited for the coverage improvements outside the US - many countries went from a handful of sensors to over a hundred, and coverage across Europe double or quadrupled.

Is Ternus just Tim's fall man for iPhone Fold? Feels like he'll be the scapegoat if it flops and it'll be his first launch as CEO 😅

Hey @curtclifton.net hope you can forward this to the right team - this page layout is broken (too wide) on mobile layouts presumably due to the wider images in my screenshot developer.apple.com/app-store...

This week on our blog: a little love for what @mbbischoff.com coined “single-serving apps.”

We canvassed ourselves, and a few friends of the team, for some of our favorite examples.

I now own both an indoor and outdoor PurpleAir sensor, and the next thing I need to solve in Paku is immediately obvious: how to view two overlapping sensors.
