My gym adventure is going amazingly well, I’m feeling much more balanced, but my body type is working HARD against me. I gain muscle like crazy, I'm hungry as hell, but barely lose any fat.
All I wanted was a little definition, but apparently I'm 100% becoming a strongman. 😐

Thanks to all of you, I was able to seriously consider joining a gym, and I found one where I genuinely feel comfortable!
Yesterday's trial workout absolutely destroyed me, but it reminded me once again just how important exercise is for my mental health.
