I think if you are having a hard time in kind of a way of general malaise, you could get something from watching this movie. It is very beautifully reassuring about life and relationships without being Pollyannaish or cloying
For no real reason, thinking about Mike Mills' movie C'mon C'mon and how sweet and touching it is.

I'm excited to see Smudge the Blades at its EIFF premiere next week, and almost as excited to see which local barns I can recognize. I've seen a couple zoomed in shots of benches and I'm like, "is... that the Knights of Columbus Rink B?"
