Very excited to be given the greenlight to write a #doublebass part for Amy Beach's Piano Quintet in F# Minor to make it a string orchestra accompaniment
Should be a fun challenge, though my closest experience was improvising a bass part for a musical off of a piano score. Plenty of time at least.

Much as I hate social media, a certain app in particular, it is good for connecting me to other musicians. It can also be hilarious. Like how this bassist (occasional sub for Hamilton on Broadway) filed a class action lawsuit over unpaid wages and TAGGED the guy responsible on the post

This watch is pretty cool. At first, the game(s) were meh. It's a learning curve balancing the fact that you can only shoot while jumping. But once you adjust, it's pretty fun.
Perfectly functional watch too! So long as you don't need phone notifications, it does everything else, really
