When Dr. Stephen Bigelsen was diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer, he was ready to give up. His wife, Nancy, refused to accept that. She got him learning about treatment options, and he took it from there. Today, he's a 10-year survivor who's seen his son marry and met his first grandchild. 💜
