Had a blast burning some trimmed tree branches and leaves into garden gold—ashes! Tossed in some yams to bake in the ashes. keeping a sharp eye out this time to prevent puppies snatching. Last time I thought my yams had burned to dust… turns out the puppies had staged a snack heist!

Had a blast burning some trimmed tree branches and leaves into garden gold—ashes! Tossed in some yams to bake in the ashes. keeping a sharp eye out this time to prevent puppies snatching. Last time I thought my yams had burned to dust… turns out the puppies had staged a snack heist!

Texas CD18 suffers another loss just months after Sheila Jackson Lee’s passing. Turner, a dedicated public servant, championed Houston through crises & stood with ChAm community. In 2023, he marched in AALC’s SB147 protest. His legacy will live on.
