💓 How borrowing a blood pressure monitoring kit from your library could save your life 💓

11 libraries in Plymouth now have kits for loan. Hypertension has no obvious symptoms and is sometimes only discovered when someone has a heart attack or stroke.

Our Adult Social Care Teams are proud to be part of a new trial in Plymouth to help keep people living with dementia safe.

The free tracking devices are being handed out by Devon and Cornwall Police thanks to funding from Memory Matters.
