I’m working on a Men’s Classic Raglan Pullover (by Jane Richmond) for my husband. The yarn is worsted Vintage Berroco in Rhubarb. My mom is at a book club at her LYS today, so I’m just sitting and knitting while I wait on her.

My favorite garter stitch project was this chevron baby blanket I made for my new little cousin a couple of years ago. It was such an easy knit, and the blanket was so squishy. I’m about to make a new one for a friend’s baby.

In 2020, mom sent me a Valentine’s Day package from her LYS, which included this soft pink yarn and a pattern for fingerless gloves. They are the only thing I have ever knit that goes on the hands. I wear these while knitting because my hands get cold.

What’s on my needles? This Jupiter Crop (but I’m going to make it longer) by Caitlin Hunter. This would have worked for last week’s #showmeyourknits too because it is my first colorwork sweater. It’s been a really fun project so far!

This week’s #showmeyourknits is cardigans. I have knit for and a half of these Campus Cardigans (Alexandra Tavel) this year. This one was for my husband, and the second he put it on, it started pilling like nobody’s business.

The very first sweater I ever knit was this Flax Light (Tin Can Knits). I used two gradient sets (Twilight - Splash and Rambling Rose - Splash) from The Fibre Studio at Yarns to Dye For.

Knitters of Bluesky, I want to knit something for my brother’s girlfriend. I was going to do a Ranunculus but I keep messing up in the same place, and I’m wondering if i should scrap it for something else. I don’t think she is a scarf or shawl wearer. Suggestions appreciated! More info in alt text.
This was the start of the Ranunculus. I love this yarn, which is a copper, brown, and silver/grey variegated fingering weight yarn. I have about 1200 yards of it. I would love to use this, but I am open to using a different yarn if I found a good option that this one won’t work for. I have done a Ranunculus before, but I messed mine up in a similar way. Since it was for me, I just kept going. I really should be able to do it, and maybe I just need to start it again, but I thought I’d see if I got any interesting suggestions before I cast on a third time.

Just started my fourth Campus Cardigan (by Alexandra Tavel) this year. Yarn is Hobbii Amigo Chunky in Cast Iron. What’s on your needles? #showmeyourknits
