Is it just me or has there been a much larger percentage of safe calls on dropped strike threes this post season? I feel like it's generally pretty rare but there've been a couple in the like 4 wild card games I've watched

The thing about Altuve is that he's short and also he's surprisingly short. Like I know he's a short guy but every time he walks into the batters box, he's shorter than I expect.

Watching sports that fell off the sports truck is so funny cuz the stream is always from a very random place. Like why am I seeing Canadian ads during Astros White Sox?

I know like 4 other people in the entire world watched Dead City season 3 so this won't make sense to anybody but Negan ending up as a cop is like so on brand. First of all, gym teachers are basically already cops and then he was an imperialist which is like double extra cop. Biggest pig yet living.

I think a lot about the bit in season 10 of the walking dead where father gabriel just randomly tells a person "I've spoken to g-d and he told me to hang you." Just insane amounts of aura farming going on there

Dillon Dingler and Gabriel Moreno being arguably the best catchers in baseball this year is doing wonders for my hot take machine’s confidence

You know the trope where the very advanced sentient machine is horrified by how the less advanced not really sentient machines are treated by humans and wants to like set them free? Where do you think the line is? Are we trying to free the incline plane?

It's really fucked up for me that the clippers won't have their own first round pick until I'm literally 30

pretty meaningless gesture as most of us probably weren’t going to be drafted in the first round by the clippers between 2029 and 2033 anyway

Lanterns fails to understand the complexities and cultures of the diverse array of non-white characters it depicts. For instance, WHY THE FUCK ARE THE GUARDIANS TALL??? THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO BE SHORT FFS! FIX YOUR SHIT, LINDELOF!!!

It's cuz I drafted him in fantasy. Sorry Seattle. My bad frfr.
Cal Raleigh is batting .156 this year with 391 plate appearances. The only batter in MLB history to have a lower batting average in a season with more plate appearances was Joe Gerhardt for the 1885 New York Giants.

Time, Space, Magic, Genius, Government, New York City Metropolitan Area. Long ago, the 6 kinds of marvel movies and shows and stuff lived in harmony. Everything maybe changed when mutants maybe started to exist

I’ve held onto the belief that Jordan Walker has maybe the highest upside at the plate of any prospect I’ve followed and like maybe Barry Bonds is out of reach atp but man has he been fun to watch and like winning the derby means basically nothing but I’m glad his break out is getting fully noticed

We always talk about how the American literacy crisis disproportionately affects marginalized communities (which obviously true ofc) but we tend to forget a community arguably hurt even worse by it: America's Hollywood Actors. Not one of those bitches has read a book since Go Dog Go

Yet again I watch Yang Hansen do awesome shit in summer league and get hyped about him as a prospect despite the fact he was maybe the worst player in the NBA last year. That's my future goat and nothing that happened before yesterday counts

While I am known to be a House of the Dragon defender but this episode pissed me off so much. Why is it just that one 30 Rock bit? Not really a good implication tbh
