builder.

software engineer.
runner.
sharing what i'm learning about ai, business, and discipline.
The idea has been sitting with me for a while.

Now it’s official: the Consistent Sai Podcast is coming soon.

I’m making space for honest conversations about building, performance, discipline, and consistency. The setup photo is only the visible part. The point is finally starting.

shipping smaller releases changed how i build VUTI.

the problem wasn’t effort. it was how i defined “ready.”

my rule now:
small release → real feedback → better product

ship the useful version. watch how people use it. then improve it.

what could you ship smaller?

At 27, I met the oldest finisher in Comrades Marathon history. He’s 84.

Johannes Mosehla ran his first Comrades at 63.

A late start is still a start—whether it’s running, learning AI, writing your first line of code, or building a startup.

What are you waiting to begin?

one month ago, i ran 85.777km from Durban to Pietermaritzburg in the Comrades Up Run.

race day was the celebration. months of training were the work.

i was never an athlete.

the lesson i’m taking into building: consistently good beats occasionally great.

what are you building for the long term?
July 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM
you are taking too long to release your product.

stop waiting for everything to be perfect.

ship the rough version.
put it in front of users.
let them get stuck.
listen carefully.

that feedback is gold.

every day i see people use VUTI and get stuck in places i never expected.

over the past year, brain.fm became one of my quiet deep work tools.

not a hack.
not a magic app.
not something i am trying to sell.

just something i put on when i need 2–4 hours of focus.

it's hard to compete with someone who's having fun

most people are grinding through the work.

the dangerous ones are enjoying it.

fun isn't a distraction — it's a compounding advantage.

no one can out-grind someone who doesn't feel like they're grinding.

imposter syndrome never fully goes away.

and honestly? i've made peace with that.
May 22, 2026 at 6:00 AM
you can now use Vuti through Claude.
May 21, 2026 at 6:30 AM
i released vuti early.

not because it was ready — because keeping it in my head wasn't helping anyone.

real users taught me more in a week than months of solo building.

ship the imperfect thing. the perfect version only shows up after someone uses the real one.

we just launched MCP support for Vuti.

you can now use Vuti inside Claude. happy Friday. 🎉

vuti is open.

the problem: staying consistent on social takes too much time.

the fix: one prompt → posts for LinkedIn, X, and Facebook — written in your voice, scheduled automatically.

no reformatting. no tab-switching. no burnout.

try it → app.vuti.io

17 km. 1:44:42. 6:09/km.

not every run needs to be fast.

some days the win is just showing up.

running taught me this: consistency beats intensity.

wake up. train. build. repeat.

i built vuti because i was posting for a mobile toilet hire business.

no, seriously. 🧤

building something that solves your own problem is a different kind of motivation.

that’s what vuti has been for me.

i’m building the tool i wish i had sooner.

something that helps me think through content, shape the idea, and actually schedule it without dragging the process out.
April 4, 2026 at 7:00 AM
i’m building vuti.

it helps turn ideas into social posts without the usual friction.

if you’re building a brand, product, or audience and want content that feels like you, join the waiting list.

most people get this wrong about starting

i've missed the feeling of building in public.

so i'm getting back to it.

most people think you need more time or a better idea to start.

you don't.

you need a constraint.
you need a deadline…

what are you building right now?

a one-person billion-dollar business is becoming real.

software and ai have changed the game.

the unit of scale is no longer an employee. it's a workflow, an api, or a model that runs while you sleep.

if you're building something, what part of your work would ai let you compress the most?

either increase your effort or tone down your desire.

you can't have both.

something i've been thinking about.
most people want the massive outcome but refuse the daily grind.
they want the marathon finish but skip the cold morning runs.
they want the shi…

choose one.
